The
goals of the Alpha, Beta and Gamma services are to carry out
duties related to the management of households receiving city
gas, overseeing safety at city gas utilization facilities, constructing
and operating city gas supply and usage facilities, and providing
gas connection after-service. We place emphasis on safety management
for our customers receiving city gas throughout the Daegu region,
with the goal of zero incidences of accidents. We are working
to supply a high-quality service aimed at customer-centered
operation that leaves the customer extremely satisfied. The
Alpha Service handles the Jung-gu (Hyangchon,
Seoya, Sudong, Jongno and Dowon-dong), Nam-gu (Daemyeong-dong,
Bongdeok-dong, and Icheon-dong), Suseong-gu (Pa-dong) and Gachang
regions, as well as Chimsan-dong, Nowong-dong, Goseong-dong
and Chilseong-dong in Buk-gu. The Beta Service
is in charge of the rest of the Buk-gu region (Taejeon-dong,
Eumnae-dong, Guam-dong, Dongcheon-dong, Maecheon-dong, Paldal-dong,
Gugu-dong, Hakjeong-dong, Gwaneum-dong), while the Gamma
Service handles the Dalseo-gu region (Igok-dong, Yongsan-dong,
Bonri-dong, Janggi-dong, Duryu-dong, Seongdang-dong, Horim-dong,
Galsan-dong, Woram-dong).
