Established in 2006, NEO Farm New
Zealand currently runs a 40ha farm in the Hawkes Bay region
in the south-eastern area of New Zealand¡¯s north island. The
farm grows and exports apples, kiwi fruit and peaches. In 2008,
the company achieved NZ$1.08 million of sales, and exported
its products to Europe, the United States and China. There are
plans to adopt organic farming methods and increase the variety
of fruits grown.
